Welp....I returned to my favorite place to work out while I'm in Newport, "The FRIENDLIEST TOWN ON…read moreTHE COAST" for the week. So happy to return and was hit the new changes as of July 1, 2023..... price gouging much. Day passes are $8, 10 day pass is $65 bucks for those 18 & older..... It's unfortunate because it's a a cool place but I can see those prices will really drive us out of towers away but maybe that's what the goal is...not so friendly. If you're for sure are going to make it every day within the 10 days, the pass will only get you 6-8 days considering they're closed Sunday and Monday. Might as well purchase the $8 day pass as that is the cheaper option....

I wish I was local to this gym! This place is so awesome!!…read more First off, their membership prices are so fair! We got a week long pass for what most gym charge for a day pass. The owner is a really nice guy and takes great care of his gym There are 4 separate rooms which makes for a very spacious environment. There is a room where they do classes, a room for stretching, and 2 separate weight rooms. It's not so big that you feel like you're walking around too much though. It was fairly quiet every time I went in. There are showers to get ready in. It's a self serve style gym too. You have badge access 24 hours. Only downside is it's a black hole for cell service. I like to play music while working out and my phone got no service.

Seven years ago a friend invited me to a yin yoga workshop. I had never taken any yoga prior to the class. At the start I felt like a fish out of water. I continued to listen to Kelly's soft calming voice of instruction. My body began to relax and my breathing became a soft rhythm that lulled me into a relaxed meditative state. I had never felt that before. After class I felt a lightness in my body as if I were ten years younger. I had relief from aches & pains and a peace inside me that lasted days after. I have been taking classes for the last seven years with Kelly. I highly recommend Kelly at Path to Santosha.
