It has everything our favorite gym had but an even better environment. The gym is busy at all hours but never so busy you feel crowded or have issues using equipment. The owner is a really nice guy and takes great care of his gym There are 4 separate rooms which makes for a very spacious environment. There is a room where they do classes, a room for stretching, and 2 separate weight rooms. It's not so big that you feel like you're walking around too much though. It was fairly quiet every time I went in. There are showers to get ready in. It's a self serve style gym too. You have badge access 24 hours. Only downside is it's a black hole for cell service. I like to play music while working out and my phone got no service.
