I wrote them, and they were the only ones to respond out of all the shop in Eugene and Corvallis. Tim was amazing and incredibly helpful. I randomly found the bike he recommended on the Giant site that he couldn't order through the dealer side. I ordered it, they assembled it, and I picked it up. The staff was super-friendly, and Tim made it a point when he saw me rolling out my new bike to say "hi" and shake my hand and introduce himself. I will be back and recommend to all my friends.

But I found one in stock at Peak Sports and called to see if I could buy it and have them hold it for me for a few weeks. They offered to hold it without me buying it. This year we were disappointed to learn that Peak has changed its system in such a way that all of the skis in my and my oldest daughter's size have been leased out for the ENTIRE season. So now our only option to obtain skis for our trip this weekend is to rent them at a cost that is 2-3x more at the resort. We are extremely frustrated and feel discriminated against as petite people. I would like to support Peak in the future as they are a wonderful local business, but at this point I feel a bit abandoned and overlooked as a long-time customer.
