They did not return to regrade the lawn which was perfectly fine prior to their work. They did not communicate with my lanscaper, as requested. They did not winterize the system and the main pipe burst and is now unusable. After spending many thousands of dollars, I am presently watering my garden and lawns with a regular sprinkler. I have tried to resolve the issues with phone calls and emails, whcih were returned by an associate, but no action was ever taken to fix the problems that were created. DO NOT use this company as you will NOT get professional service. I have had to resort to finding a new irrigation company to fix the problems created by Green Industries. Every interaction has been a struggle with Wrightway Irrigation. The system they installed in our…read moremodest yard in 2021 was poorly designed. Eventually we asked them to split one giant zone into two separate zones. This season asked them to add an additional head because one area wasn't getting good coverage. Each request took forever to get done. And we always pay promptly, and have always tried to be polite and easy to work with. Last week Larry dug a trench directly across the main part of the lawn, instead of tapping into a peripheral line, which is the obvious thing to do. So, now our lawn has a big scar, in peak season. He didn't recover his trenching, leaving exposed pipe and heads, and gobs of ripped up grass. It's like the job was half-done when he left. I've had to rebury the line myself. Asked him to check the rain sensor. He said it was fine (it still doesn't work). Asked him to connect our phone to the wifi controller for the HydraWise (he didn't). He started to leave our house without adjusting the spray area on one of the heads, and seemed frazzled when we asked him to complete the job. We had given him a written list of items to accomplish on this service call. It's like he is always too busy for us. I emailed him to express my displeasure with the many things not done or done poorly on the service call, but he never responded. To even get him to come to our property, he rescheduled three times. Delay, delay, delay. It's been unpleasant doing business with Wrightway Irrigation. Look elsewhere.
