First of all, I HATE moving - very stressful, upsetting, etc. But FS Moving really made things great. Frank was available by phone when I called - we negotiated a very reasonable hourly rate, and scheduled it. He called and TEXTed the day before to confirm - phenomenal communications!! He was there EXACTLY when he promised, and they treated all of my things more carefully than I would!! And 3 days later, I needed help moving both a mattress and a gym-quality 500-lb ARC Trainer - VERY large, awkward, and heavy. We had the pleasure of using FS Movers this past weekend as we were moving from a condo to a home. Wayne and Chris did an incredible job handling our belongings. The care that they took was unprecedented. They use blankets and clear wrapped the furniture to make sure it was protected. These guys had to trek up and down two flights of stairs for three hours and they did it without taking a break. Once they arrived at the house, with no stairs, they moved quickly getting everything unpacked and putting beds back together and anything else that needed to be taken care of. We were stuck the movers we talked with cancelled at the last minute. leaving us high and dry. I called Frank he answered his phone (Most others want you to leave a message and Never give you a call back). Frank had a crew of 2 at the house to unload the truck within the hour. These guys are amazing. I needed a small job done on very short notice. They got it done same day. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. They remained friendly, good natured and took it in stride. Even when my boxer dog decided to help and nearly tripped them over while moving a big piece of furniture . Needed to move an entire two bedroom household of furnishings to a new location just down the street. I'm from NC and FS was recommended by YELP, so I thought "take a chance."
