There was a generous amount of coconut flakes and the condense milk was a nice creamy touch. This would be good for coconut fans but I gotta admit that I don't care much for coconut so I didn't enjoy it quite as much. This Frutal opens late! I think we closed them out at midnight. It's by the college here in Mexicali so I think their location is probably most ideal for the partygoers, bar-hoppers, and college kids.
