My experience when I went to Fruit Vanity was spectacular! Me and Friend were meeting up for a Christmas galentine and we decided to get some bubble tea. We headed over to Fruit Vanity because we were both craving drinks that only Fruit Vanity would satisfy. Here was our order: 1. M 4. Mango Passionfruit, 50% sugar ( My order) 2. C 3. Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ foam cap 75% Sugar, No Ice ( her order) The staff was patient with our order and very nice When we got our order my friend accidentally split her drink when we were about to sit down. The staff was nice and considerate about the situation and helped us clean the mess up. They told her " It's ok! Mistakes happen! don't feel embarrassed!". I will definitely come back when I have time! Come to Fruit Vanity for good service and Good drinks! P.S The Bakery next door is SOOOOOOO Delicious! Their rice balls are only about $2.50! Try it out

I ordered Hijicha w/bubble and cheese foam. And they gave me something "sweet foam", it's tasted like milk foam with sugar, not creamy very light. DONT ORDER!tasted BAD

Delicious pick me up for the afternoon, love brown sugar with oat milk & tapioca. I enjoy that they have an option for non dairy. And it's in a nice container, easy to transport! Staff was very friendly and came out efficiently!

Priding itself in all things fruit and tea, Fruit Vanity is the latest addition to the Chinatown neighborhood; so GO GO GO, grab a drink, and enjoy your 4th of July weekend! It'll make these next few unrelentingly humid days much much better :D And, to make it even better? There's a grand opening promotion (buy 1 get 1) which currently runs from 6/28 - 7/3! I stopped by with my sister today after her doctor's appointment and the line was out of the door. Nevertheless, the service was impeccable and the guy working the register was extremely patient and kind all throughout. We ordered four drinks (two for our parents): - B8. Lychee Black Tea, 30% sugar, w/ tapioca - G5. Rose Green Tea, 0% sugar - C1. Brown Sugar Latte w. Foam Cap, 50% sugar, w/ tapioca - I5. Peach Fruit Tea, 30% sugar, w/ tapioca The drinks were all fantastic--the tea was fragrant, the tapioca was soft and chewy, and the ingredients were of high quality. The brown sugar (caffè) latte was tasty as well. Admittedly, after trying their drinks though, I wouldn't recommend 30% sugar, especially for strong teas (such as black tea) due to their astringency. Also, a few things to note: 1. There's a bit of a price discrepancy between the items listed on their printed menu and what you actually pay (e.g. peach fruit tea is listed as $5.50, but you actually pay $5.25). For more accurate prices, check out their menu on their Google business page or on their website at https://www.fruitvanity.com/ 2. All sales are final. Check your order and make sure everything's correct before you leave the store. 3. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to a $0.50 surcharge. Want to avoid this surcharge? Bring cash! Overall, great tea and coffee! Will definitely be returning!

I was there the first week they opened, so don't @ me if this review isn't perfect. It took 20 mins for the Tea-Tenders to make my two drinks. that- IMO is tooooo long. they were running a Buy One Get One deal. it's a quaint space as most places on that block are tiny! i love the menu/options and overall it was just OK for me. If you love Mango... come here!

We stopped by for a couple of drinks and got the blueberry fruit tea and the mango lychee. Blueberry tea was nice and sweet, and I got it with 100% sugar and 25% ice, so it didn't become watery and I got more tea than ice. The mango lychee was a slushee, and we got the mango popping boba in it, which wasn't bad but was a little weird. Kiosk charges a 25¢ fee for paying with credit card.

On April 18th, I wasted money on an almond butter açai bowl that was too small for the price and not tasteful, it was okay. He did not give substitute options, as needed. For example, I could not eat the bananas and cocoa so I told him to remove that. I expected him to give me other options such as mangoes or other fruits to top it but he didn't. What comes with the açai bowl is strawberries and blueberries with granola on top. He did not even put blueberries on top. He said he forgot, then changed it and said he don't have it. He does not know his menu well. He could have gave me more strawberries. It look like he sliced one strawberry. I told him to at least give me little bit more of the almond butter. Overall the bowl did not look or feel fulfilling. Lastly but least, sanitation is important to prevent food poisoning. It does not look pleasant behind the counter. Repairs needs to happen. Run down areas and their food products need to be sealed. For example, he pulled out the almond butter bin from the refrigerator without a lid on and it looked very dried and hard around the rims, which shows anything can contaminate inside. Overall not happy.

((4.5 stars)) Pause…read moreCafe is a busy cafe on Clinton Street, on the Lower East Side. the cafe serves a variety of brewed drinks like coffee and tea as well as offers a menu of bakery eats, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and more. there is a good amount of seating both inside and outside if you choose to hang out. Pause Cafe gets a lot of foot traffic because it offers quality food and beverages, but also because of its location. recently, i realized that Pause had a pick up window next door. so to bypass the typical line in the main cafe, i placed a cold brew order to-go via a food app before i got there. low-and-behold-- when i arrived my cold brew was ready. the pick-up window is obviously for delivery order pickups not casuals. anyways, the window service person was very friendly and quick. the cold brew was really good as all the coffee options that i have enjoyed at Pause Cafe over the years. smooth cold brewed caffeine with enough coffee flavor and no overly bitter taste. as much as I enjoy the cafe vibes--sometimes life has you in a rush and having this "line hack" saved me a few minutes on a strangely packed day. however, if you have the time, grab a drink, a bite, and seat the. enjoy a respite from the insanity of life, here.
