Tonight I came by in an emergency at 6:55 pm (they close at 7 pm) as the kid working was locking the door. Rather than let me in, he stared at me blankly through the windows like I couldn't see him. I yelled to ask if they were open and even tried to just get a thumbs up or down gesture from him in case he couldn't hear me. Ended up having to take my $174.38 order to Home Depot. Customer service desk workers are hit or miss. Some are downright rude and miserable human beings. They can be total annoyances and not give you your order you paid for online without your ID even though you literally have the email, credit card, and confirmation number signed in on your home depot account on your phone right in front of them. It's a rude power trip some like to play. The people doing the pickup area are hit or miss. Once a rude guy wheeled my order out on a big flat cart, checked my ID, and walked away for me to load my car and put the cart back so I left it taking up 2 pickup parking spots because it's not my job to do it's his. Lumber guys are good most of the time if you can actually find them. Paint people are usually okay. 99% of the time (I'm there A LOT doing DIY and gardening) it's self checkout no cash registers open. I've had good luck with buying dishwashers from them, toilets, tools, plumbing, mulch, and plants. Military discount available!

I chose Justin from the three companies that I contacted, and I am SO happy that I did! Justin was always quick to respond. He does the work as if he is doing it on his own home. If he finds something that wasn't apparent, he immediately lets you know about it and makes a recommendation on resolving the issue. He is honest and fair, and I always felt like I was working with a friend. We made a number of mid-project additions, and he took them in stride. The bathroom looks amazing now (new bath/shower, new toilet, new vanity and light fixtures, small configuration change to allow additional room for larger vanity, some new drywall and new tile, new door and trim). He did some additional drywall and flooring in another room which also looks amazing. I have the utmost respect for how he conducts himself in an industry that is kind of known for unprofessionalism and price gouging. I don't hesitate to recommend him and I have no doubt that you will be pleased with his ethics as well as his work product.
