The arrangement was very nice! But the delivery guy was loud, rude & impatient. I tried explaining to him that fresh Flowers & Fruits are delivered right up to the resident. So that it does not spoil or die. All other packages go in our package closet for maintenance to deliver when they have time. He kept over talking me, stating that it says leave here! He interrupted, not only me but even outside vendors. Until one said please just finish with him first. I asked him to respect the people that arrived before him. I ordered a premium arrangement on Teleflora.com for my mother for Mother's Day. What a disappointment. The arrangement didn't look anything like the image on the Teleflora website. What arrived looked like a $12.99 bouquet from the grocery store that was just thrown in a vase unarranged. The arrangement had mini roses that were dead in 3 days. The arrangement was $54.99, not including delivery fees, tip and taxes, totalling $71.10. I provided this feedback to Teleflora and they gave me a credit of $17.78 and a 25% discount on my next order which I'm afraid to even use. I was embarrassed to have my mother receive this sub-par quality arrangement. It was not the quality I've come to expect from Teleflora florists. read more

They gave me chocolate covered strawberries. They came two days late since someone tried to drop them off Friday at 7pm and we were closed. When I got them, they had substantial mold growing on the strawberries at least 75% of them and the berries were obviously not fresh. I was disgusted and they made my whole office smell. I received a fruit bouquet from my daughter for Christmas from Fruit Creations. The cup that it came in was a "Pioneer Women" cup which I have seen at Walmart for $2.99. The fruit was another story. There was no more then $3.00 worth of fruit in the cup. I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The cup was mostly filled with green foliage, and the fruit was pathetic. I was very disappointed. Horrible, Horrible service! I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I was supposed to receive a delivery Saturday which never happened. I called Fruit Flowers and they offered me a discount for another day. I chose Monday. The delivery person lied and said he called me on Saturday . There is no record on my phone of him calling. I answered every call I received that day. Then he tried to fast talk me and said he was at the place Monday which is today. The delivery place had changed to my home. I input the change to my home address when I changed the date of the delivery since the delivery guy was a " no show". I called Fruit Flowers back and they told me the florist will have it by either 8 PM. or tomorrow morning. What????? I was supposed to receive this order on Saturday and now it's being pushed to Tuesday???? What kind of company is this?? They won't continue to be in business if they keep these antics up. Do they really think they can treat people this way? Not with my hard earned money they won't. read more

My Grandchildren pooled their money to buy a fruit creation in a mug. I was totally disgusted. The grapes are moldy on each end where the stems were removed, the pineapple and melon pieces were totally unripe and had no taste. The strawberries were the same size you find in the local supermarket and they had lots of rotten spots. This year I was on an Ebates kick and ordered her arrangement from Fruit Bouquet which turns out to be 1800flowers, which turns out to actually be Fruit and Flower creation in Phoenixville. Is your head spinning trying to follow the shell with the pea under it. Mine too when I tried to complain about what my mother described as $3.00 worth of nasty fruit in a $2.00 mug. Keeping in mind I paid almost $60.00 for that hot mess. Ebates of course takes no responsibility and offers a big fat 0 in help. ( no big surprise there) but 1-800-flowers they refused to tell me the name of the florist, and acted as if they were being very magnanimous in giving me a 50 percent refund or a replacement arrangement. Do not order ANYHTING from this company. Ordered $100 worth of flowers from them to be delivered on May 6th. The delivered on the 5th (no notice , just tried to be sneaky) and the bouquet contained perhaps 11 flowers. Requested a replacement bouquet to delivered the next day, so far nothing. The company is impossible to get a hold of and their voicemail was conveniently "full". Finally got a rep who claimed he would call me back, he never did. Do yourself, your wallet and your loved ones a favor and go somewhere ANYWHERE else. read more

Just received "a flower arrangement" from them. I sincerely hope my friend didn't spend much, because I got 6 carnations, three stalks of wilted snapdragons and 4 sprigs of dried dyed status. Flowers were just bundled into a vase w no attempt to make them look nice, and the ribbon around the vase looked like it had been recycled from a kid's birthday balloon. Spend your $ at a shop that won't take advantage of out-of-town clients. read more
