The place was immaculate but the employees hair was long, up in a hair tie but over her shoulders while she was was scrubbing everything we touched.

I get there are other tasks to do, but for heavens sake take care of the customers, especially the line to the door first. Otherwise you won't have customers. But after doing the math (8.25% combined state and city tax), that just didn't add up-it should've been $0.61 in tax, not nearly $3 more. We went back in to get clarification, only to be told that the cone prices had recently increased by $1 each. Even with that adjustment, the math still didn't work.
