He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. He also checked my filters. They also did a treatment of the water. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming out on short notice. I have recently had them install a water softener. They tested the water, diagnosed the problem and gave me the information I needed to get a proprietary part from Culligan. Culligan was very hard to reach and finally told me the parts were no longer available for the unit that I had. I ended up getting a new softener unit from Waterflo. I also got a reverse osmosis system, and loved the work they did. I ended up called them when I had issues with my main infow tank, which they replaced, and they added a water measurement and leak detection system as part of that job. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they've been very responsive and made suggestions that saved money and resulted in a better installation. I also needed a dry well put in, and when I mentioned Waterflo to all of the companies that bid on the dry well work, all of them had nothing but good things to say about Waterflo! Once the well was installed, Waterflo came back just to make sure that the connections to the new dry well were done correctly!!

I have used Eastern Water Solutions for several years now to service my water filtration system…read more I've used other supposedly "reputable" companies in the past who have lied and basically replaced my filters each time for service (charging me for a complete new install) instead of emptying them and re-bedding them costing me thousands of dollars each year. Last year, I needed to replace my chemical system with a more efficient system. I did my due diligence and had 3 different companies come out to give quotes. Two of the companies clearly did not know what they were doing and I again chose Eastern to do the work. They were honest, explained everything, and did not try and oversell me on things I did not need. They guys that came out to install it were fantastic, professional and answered all of the questions that I had as they were replacing it. The system takes up less space and they did an awesome job on the installation. Once completed, took the time to explain to me how the entire system works. A few days later, the water still wasn't clear, they came out, made some adjustments and emptied my storage tank and I haven't had a problem since. My water is perfect. No more stains, smells, chemicals! Just recently, my water stopped working after hours. I immediately called them and they scheduled the service guys to come out at 8:30 am the next day. Andy and his team arrived promptly at 8:30 am, quickly assessed the situation and it was determined that there were frayed wires near the pump itself. Money is extremely tight for me at the moment and my worst fear was that the well pump had died. I firmly believe that any other company would have lied and told me it was my well pump since it is 15 years old. The guys went over and above and put some plastic sleeves around the wires in order to prevent the friction of the wires rubbing against the well casing. The job was completed in one hour. This company is the epitome of honesty, integrity, professionalism and what customer service should be all about. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! If you are looking for well, well pump or water treatment system, Eastern is the way to go! Do NOT waste your time with the over-priced "well known" companies out there or the smaller "mom&pop" shops who don't have the capacity to handle your needs. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago for installation of new…read moreequipment for today, 10/14. The day of the appointment (WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK FOR TO BE HOME) I decided to call around 9am to get a estimated time they would show up. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP
