The women who worked there were always able to help me with any question(s), why isn't there an office phone number? I come from a generation that there is always front office people to take your call quickly. I would've hit (2) but I'm going to see what the reason is for there being no way to call someone working in the office. I never had to wait for the past agent to call me, however, I always knew he was available if I did need to talk to him because the women would give him the message. Plus, the women who worked there at that time were the best, very good customer service skills. Where are they now, I hope still in the office. Depending how this plays out I may add a second review. . .Right now I am a bit frustrated w/no way to talk to someone until the agent finds time to call me. This could have been taken care of as it always was in the past by the office staff!

When talking to the local agent, she indicated her hands were tied as national policies are followed but there was no help from the Walizer office other than handing me off to the national company. I didn't receive any assistance and along the way was given lots of misinformation that could have cost me thousands of dollars! As I indicated to the local representative of State Farm, I have paid and paid into a policy to discover VERY fine print exceptions. I would think that at least the local company could have helped me navigate the frustrating process and coordinated the services. If my contractors had not "warned" me about how the insurance companies deny claims (for mitigation services costing $2000 or more), I would be out of more money. State Farm's local adjustor gave me his card with the wrong number written on it so I was unable to contact him without doing some further research to find him. This didn't leave a good impression! I may be griping about insurance in general but I do think the local office and adjustor bear some responsibility on how miserably the experience went.

Unfortunately, the rate was too far apart from Erie but he remarked that the gentleman in the front was very helpful anytime he had an issue including an accident to which he wasn't at fault.
