Huge shoutout to Andy Hillis, the owner of Professional Tree Service and his amazing team!…read more We own an AirBnb and had a massive tree come down right before a guest was scheduled to check in at 4 PM, and I honestly thought I was going to have to cancel the reservation. Andy and his crew responded quickly and had the tree cleared out and the debris cleaned up within just a couple of hours. Not only did they remove the tree efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by using my tarp to cover the damaged area of the roof and tying it down securely so it would stay in place. One of the limbs had punched through the shingles and decking, causing some roof damage, so their extra care meant so much. Andy, who is also an arborist, explained that the tree had a poor root system and root rot, likely caused by that area of the walkway holding water. It was incredibly helpful to have someone knowledgeable explain what happened and why. Thanks to Andy and his team, I did not have to cancel my guest's stay. I was able to tape off the large hole with bright pink material for safety and keep everything moving forward. I cannot say enough good things about Professional Tree Service--professional work, excellent communication, fast cleanup, and true care for the situation. They absolutely saved the day, and I am so grateful. Highly recommend!

They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Cody looked at our trees and gave suggestions on trimming, which we agreed to as well as the landscaping maintenance and the first few encounters were delightful and easy peazy!! We had discussed an annual contract for monthly landscape maintenance as needed, in the warmer months more often. We were happy with everything that we had seen with Cody and his crew for that first month and I thought we had a plan!! Well, not so fast.....by month two, I had to call TPT to inquire maintenance and each and every time we were promised within the week. And?? No show!! But don't worry as we were billed!! We gave Cony one more month, and it was the same which NO ONE would come but as soon as we called, Cody would zip right up in his pressed and spotless clothes as he hoped out of his BMW!! All we wanted was our beautiful landscaping maintained and our trees looked after....but after chasing Cody time and time again, we moved on as he had certainly decided it wasn't worth for HIM either as we never saw or heard from him again!!
