We enjoyed our visit tonight at Front Street Grill. We started off with a shrimp cocktail and a half dozen oysters. Both were great! Then here comes the calamari, which was good. For our entrée we ordered the New Orleans Pasta with a side salad. The salad was Huge, big enough to feed 4 easily. Very fresh and the Homemade ranch dressing was awesome! Now here comes the New Orleans Pasta, a very generous portion of everything that you love about New Orleans food. Very creamy with just the right amount of spice. I'll be back sometime and would love to try a poor boy sandwich. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you decide to drop in, the hostess will seat you with a smile and the service is great! read more

very clean, extremely clean actually, staff super nice; BUT they do not have half the items on there menu. I drove an hour to get here and they don't have a huge portion of there sea food listed. Which is what is prominently shown on there menu, I was wanting oysters particularly and I was told they had been out for quite some time and DID NOT even know when or if the would have them. God after the drive I just got there ribs, huge thumbs down. read more

Good food in a great atmosphere. Kinda pricey, and according to locals there was a recent increase of menu item prices which seemed to coincide with a dramatic decrease of business. We were there on a Friday night and the place was very quiet. They typically have live music and the band didn't even show up! A shame, cause I think this used to be a happening place. Out on the town with my wife, for a nice place to dine. Heard the Front Street Grill was a good place to eat, but a little expensive. Started to order, heard the waitress say, "We are out of crabs, bread, potatoes, and a few other items." I felt disappointed already, for not having the important menu items available on a Friday night. We both ordered the steak dinner with two sides and with a salad. Informed the waitress to make sure you to bring the salad first , before the dinner. Bread was to be served with butter, but no where insight. Dinner was served a half hour later, than here comes the salad. Imagine that!!! Dinner was cold and hard to cut the steak and the tomatoes on the salad were over riped and had no taste. The owner came by our table and asked if dinner was ok. I informed him that the expensive dinner was cold, the selection on the menu was very limited, service was poor, dinner was served before salad, and the meal was cold. Owner had many excuses to enlighten us on the difficulty with shortage of staff and food supplies. He was so generous to give us a measley 10 percent off. What an owner. I would never set foot in that restaurant ever again. read more

We went in for our first visit today - no live music today due to the holidays July 4th. There is a cover charge when the live music is there - $5 per person and $15 per kid. We ordered the ribeye steak and a loaded baked potato and two salads. They gave us some white bread and butter to try. The steak came first and got cold while we were wondering what happened to our salads. Then the salads showed up with an extra plate for the steak. The salads and the steak were good. We finished up and asked for the menu to order a dessert. We were going to order the Bread Pudding but when we did that we were told that they did not have any today. 3 or 4 flies were bothering us near the end of dinner. There were only two tables eating at the time. They have a dress code and if you leave after 9 PM you can not come back in. read more

Pretty reasonable pricing on some really good food! They even have a bar(rare in a dry county) no membership fees!

Pretty good food. They also have a full bar. On the donw side I ordered the steak salad which according to the menu was made with rommaine lettus and spenich. The salad came with iceburg lettus. They also did not have cesar dressing. read more
