At Front Range Family Resource Center, we’re not your typical mental health clinic—and we never wanted to be.
We’re a veteran- and family-owned practice that was built from personal experience, deep loss, and a strong belief that healing should be accessible, compassionate, and real. Our team is trauma-informed, insurance-friendly, and deeply committed to walking alongside clients through grief, anxiety, trauma, and life’s hardest seasons.
We understand the systems because we’ve lived them—military life, emergency rooms, suicide loss, parenting through chaos, and trying to navigate care when you're already overwhelmed. That’s why we’ve created a place where people feel seen, not rushed. Respected, not pathologized. And supported—whether they’re using Tricare, Medicaid, or just trying to find someone who gets it.
We offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens, along with supportive groups, educational resources, and a welcoming, judgment-free environment. You don’t need to be in crisis to call. You just need to be ready to feel more like yourself again.
We’re here for the hard stuff—and we mean it.
History
Established in 2018.
Front Range Family Resource Center was founded with one mission: to make high-quality mental health care accessible, affordable, and human. After years in emergency medicine and mental health, our founders—Jen, a family nurse practitioner, and Jeremy, a veteran and therapist—saw the need for a practice that truly supports the whole person. What started as a small Colorado clinic has grown into a trusted resource for individuals, couples, families, and veterans. We believe therapy should be available to everyone, and that healing happens through connection, compassion, and real conversation.
Meet the Business Owner: Jeremy and Jen A.
Jen and Jeremy Allen are the husband-and-wife team behind FRFRC. Jen is a family nurse practitioner with a background in emergency medicine and a deep passion for grief work after the loss of their son to suicide. Jeremy is a licensed therapist and veteran who brings lived experience and heart to his trauma-informed care. Together, they founded FRFRC to create the kind of clinic they wish existed when they needed support—one that is inclusive, insurance-friendly, and deeply committed to real healing.
