OK this is gonna take a few words but it's worth every syllable. Ryan Garber of Front Range Drains got a call from my real estate agent after we moved across country and put our house up for sale. What happened was we were put into an almost impossible situation that could've cost us tens of thousands of dollars if we could not get a sewer inspector and drain specialist who was qualified, Ryan the very next day, inspected our drain all the way to the city lines. Not only did Ryan return my call which is a rarity these days but he returned my agents call and he assured me that he would take care of this situation. Because of his experience he knew exactly what they were trying to do and he assured me that he was going to give me a fair evaluation and would do so to meet our impossible timeline of three days. Ryan inspected the drains, he scoped the drain, he wrote up a report, posted the video and sent me all of this so that I could get this to my real estate agent all in 1 day. When I called him a week or so later on a Saturday with concerns of some additional bathroom drainage issues, he was here within 30 minutes and fixed it within the next 30 minutes, and no additional charges.
