We used Winslow for the past ten years, they were a great company, but the last three times we used…read morethem their dispatch messed the schedule and we had two no shows and ended up having to use another company, which fortunately they were available both times. The last time we used them their truck broke down and seven and a half hours later they showed up. I understand that equip breaks down but they kept telling us it would be there in 30mins. We had all the contractors set up for 8am that morning along with the tanks that were sitting on the trucks and were scheduled to pick up other loads back to California. We all ended up working till 9pm that night. Winslow's crew on site are awesome and know what they are doing, but their dispatching needs a lot of work. Don't know what happened to them, sad to say we will not be using them again.
