In this part of Texas you don't have a ton of RV spots that have character. This one does. It's…read morenot just a flat piece of cleared land. It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. Stay a night or longer, this place can really feel like a quiet spot.

And not, taking care of the park, it took management almost a month to mow the park and the reason they started to, is because othet Tenants were mowing their own grass. Then they started threatening fines against Tenants, who are mowing their own grass because our management is too lazy to take care of the park. They were also threatening tenants with fines on other offenses. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers -- that it's up to "corporate" or that a check has already been sent, yet nothing has arrived. One staff member (Meagan) was especially rude and dismissive when I tried to get an update, which made the situation even worse. Lisa was the only person who showed kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately she is no longer there. At this point, I am simply asking for the refund that was promised. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.

The rv park itself is right off highway which is good and bad. There is a couple other parks that are catering to these construction workers a lot better and closer because they have deals with the Data Center.
