It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. And not, taking care of the park, it took management almost a month to mow the park and the reason they started to, is because othet Tenants were mowing their own grass. Then they started threatening fines against Tenants, who are mowing their own grass because our management is too lazy to take care of the park. They were also threatening tenants with fines on other offenses. Like pallet decks, because our lots are uneven and dog poop.would damage the mower If you go into town and ask about our management, they are not well received the laundry room and office rarely open and the management is starting to let more and more pit Bulls in here. So be careful if you plan to stay.

It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers -- that it's up to "corporate" or that a check has already been sent, yet nothing has arrived. One staff member (Meagan) was especially rude and dismissive when I tried to get an update, which made the situation even worse. Lisa was the only person who showed kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately she is no longer there. At this point, I am simply asking for the refund that was promised. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.

The restrooms are pretty clean but the showers get backed up so you're standing in ankle deep water yuck the laundry room takes at least guarantee 2hrs to wash and dry a load. It's also $2 and up to wash and dry each load. It's noisy being right off the inter state but honestly not too bad. We can't wait for another rv park to have an opening for long term.
