Great at first but for some reason they changed. Suddenly required leak checks and demanded to inspect inside my home for the only reason other than "it was time". Not a customer any longer!! read more

Called Froman on Monday to set up a tech to come out to house to convert a new gas stove over to propane that will be delivered on Wednesday. The lady on phone took 5 minutes to get all my info and said tech would call when he would be out to do job. Stove delivered on Wednesday I called Froman and the lady had no record of my work request and backed out from doing the work because they are too busy, they should have stated that on Monday and not leave me scrambling to find a tech to do the job at the last minute. My 99 year old aunt in a wheel chair, home bound, depends on the stove for her meals. Not a professional or dependable company to rely on. read more

Tried to speak to management about issue with wagoner branch. Looking for resolution of being told…read moregas would be delivered today, by wagoner, spoke for a lengthy period of time trying to have gas delivered or some type of compensation for the inconvenience of waiting all day for a delivery that was never going to come. Receptionist blamed wagoner receptionist, then the past owners who were exceptional business people, the she turned on me. The solution to the issue was for me to pay an extra 200 dollars to have delivered today. I felt like I was being extorted for expecting a service,already paid for, but not delivered by them during business hours. As an elderly person it is difficult to manage as well as I used too. A friend helped me disconnect the 2 lg propane bottles and I hot footed it over to this U-Haul I got a great reception from Danesha who quickly, competently as well as professionally filled my 2 bottles and I was back in business in less than 30 minutes (including drive back to Expo Great Job. Thank you Danesha!!!!! She was friendly and courteous will return to this facility if more propane is needed.
