Looking for resolution of being told…read moregas would be delivered today, by wagoner, spoke for a lengthy period of time trying to have gas delivered or some type of compensation for the inconvenience of waiting all day for a delivery that was never going to come. Receptionist blamed wagoner receptionist, then the past owners who were exceptional business people, the she turned on me. The solution to the issue was for me to pay an extra 200 dollars to have delivered today. I felt like I was being extorted for expecting a service,already paid for, but not delivered by them during business hours. As an elderly person it is difficult to manage as well as I used too. Inconsiderate company

Don't know about all of the Bathroom complaints, it has always been clean everytime I've been in…read moreit. The entire staff has always been very courteous, friendly and helpful to me. All the way up to the store manager. I'd rather get coffee and fill up here than the quick trip next door. Over there I'm just another number swerving through people. At This Kum&Go, as well as the one in Pryor, I'm a much appreciated customer.

A friend helped me disconnect the 2 lg propane bottles and I hot footed it over to this U-Haul I got a great reception from Danesha who quickly, competently as well as professionally filled my 2 bottles and I was back in business in less than 30 minutes (including drive back to Expo Great Job. Thank you Danesha!!!!! She was friendly and courteous will return to this facility if more propane is needed.
