I first came in because I was struggling with adult acne, and the treatments really helped improve my skin. Even after my acne cleared up, I kept coming back for regular facials and different laser treatments. I like that they don't just offer the same treatment every time--they continue to invest in new equipment and recommend what they genuinely think will help with my current skin concerns. What I appreciate most is how attentive they are. They really listen to what you're concerned about and take the time to explain everything. I never feel pressured, and they truly care about providing quality service. If something can be adjusted to give you a better experience or result, they're always willing to do it. You can tell they want their clients to leave happy. Right now, I'm on my second whitening package with their Pico laser. After two pregnancies, I was left with quite a bit of pigmentation and dark spots. I've noticed a real improvement in my skin--it looks brighter overall, and many of my spots have faded. My complexion just looks much cleaner and more even than before. Finding an aesthetic clinic you can trust for almost 10 years isn't easy, but Misarang Beauty has been consistently professional, caring, and honest with their recommendations. They focus on long-term skin health rather than trying to sell unnecessary treatments, and that's one of the biggest reasons I've stayed with them all these years. I highly recommend them if you're looking for personalized skincare and people who genuinely care about helping you achieve healthier skin.

What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined. Overall, the entire experience felt very professional, careful, and trustworthy. If you're looking for a place that takes the time to understand your face and aims for natural-looking results, I would absolutely recommend them.

But then when I got into the actual facial procedure, it didn't go so well. I was assigned someone named Kyung. She used the needle/lancet A LOT. I had maybe one stubborn, deeper pimple, but the fact that she used a needle to puncture and squeeze a bunch of spots caused a lot of scarring/hyperpigmentation that's taken me over two weeks now to exfoliate and get rid of, and its not yet near to being clear. If their smaller ones that can be squeezed then a lot is normal- but the needle was used probably over 20 times. Not only that, but every time she spoke, it was always an attempt to get more money. First, it was asking if I wanted to buy a package or some sort of membership. She asked twice and kept on being pushy as she was doing the procedure. Next, she asked me to tip at least twice as well, and reminded me several times, even got the physical sign with her venmo/PayPal and showed it to me, to make sure I understood. Note that maybe had we made other small talk, then maybe, just maybe the way she was so pushy and trying to get more money out of me would be fine, but it was really every moment she spoke was an opportunity to get more money. It's a horrible feeling. That said, I wouldn't recommend trying, unless perhaps you're fluent in Korean and could veer the conversation to other things or speak more firmly when sold to.

When I first came in, my skin barrier was in really bad shape from trying way too many products and doing way too much to my skin. They told me my skin barrier was super thin and needed a lot of TLC. After consistently coming here for the past three years, my skin barrier is SO much stronger, my skin is clearer, and so much more glowy. I only wear a tiny bit of concealer in my day to day and get SO many compliments on my skin now. This was not the case before and I owe it all to Joy (my facialist)! Joy is my facialist, and she is truly the best. I absolutely love seeing her and look forward to every facial. Her treatments feel like a combination of a lymphatic drainage massage, extractions, and LDM all in one. It's so relaxing, but at the same time, I always leave feeling like my skin has actually been taken care of and reset. She knows my skin so well and always knows exactly what I need. Anytime I have an emerging pimple, it completely disappears after my facial because of her work. I also get microneedling here about once a month or every other month, and it has completely transformed my skin texture. I really appreciate that they don't just do the same thing every time, they look at what my skin needs and will add things like red light therapy or whatever they think will help with healing and getting the best results. I also get Botox here, and this is genuinely the best place I've ever gone for Botox. I've had some pretty bad Botox experiences in the past, including in Korea, where I really hated how it looked. At Irene's, my Botox is always done very conservatively and naturally. I still look like myself, just more refreshed. And to top it off, the entire staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I especially love seeing Irene and Edward there. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the biggest smiles, and they are just the sweetest, nicest people. You can really tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients. After three years of coming here, I truly trust Irene's Skintopia with my skin. They've helped me repair my skin barrier, keep my skin clear, improve my texture, and maintain results that still look natural. It is worth every single penny, and I'm so grateful I found this place. I recommend them to everyone!

I'm a self-proclaimed skincare snob and have done everything from leech therapy, microneedling, PRP, vampire facials, IPLs, various chemical peels, and a plethora of different lasers. I had been eyeing the Scarlet RF machine for about two years now and finally decided to pull the trigger, especially since my skin has been acting up the past six months in ways I've never seen before. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Reset Laser Clinic -- they had amazing reviews and offered the Scarlet RF treatment. I'm so glad I found them because WOW, I was beyond impressed. First of all, there was zero downtime -- and I saw instant results. My skin looked noticeably more plump and refreshed right after the treatment, and it continues to improve day by day. For anyone unfamiliar, the Scarlet RF microneedling machine improves skin tone, texture, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and scars. It combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. Results are immediate, but they keep getting better over the next six months! Reset Clinic also offers an amazing package that combines three treatments in one session: Scarlet RF, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): where your own blood is drawn, processed to concentrate the healing platelets, and then applied to boost regeneration and healing, Rejuran (Salmon DNA Therapy): a Korean skin booster that improves hydration, elasticity, and enhances the skin's natural healing processes. Another major plus: they have their own parking lot (huge bonus for K-Town!), and my treatment also included a bit of a massage, a head spa, and a mini facial -- it felt so luxurious. I went back to work the next day without any issues. No redness, no peeling, no downtime -- just noticeably healthier, plumper skin. I'm so happy with the results and definitely plan to return for other treatments at Reset. Not sponsored, by the way -- but I did chat with them afterward about my experience, and they generously offered a discount for my followers. If you mention 'JENNY', they'll give you $112 off the Scarlet RF treatment I had done! You can book with Jenny by DM'ing them on Instagram (@reset_laser_clinic) or by calling 213-455-1950 -- just let them know I sent you!

I usually don't write reviews, but after going to Sharon for the first time earlier this week I felt I had to say something about my experience. To preface, I've been getting facials from different places in the LA/Orange County area for about 4 years, and I haven't really been able to find an esthetician who is as understanding, caring and genuinely good at what she does as Sharon. I came in about 15 minutes early to my appointment and filled out a form about my skin issues and what I hoped to see improved after our session. Then, Sharon sat me down and we talked more about my skin-care routine and my problem areas. I'm a skin product junkie, so Sharon gave me great advice and even encouraged me to email her links to my current products to review the ingredients, and see if they are what my regiment needs or not. After our "prep" session, I laid down and she got right to work. She gave me the option of just relaxing during the facial, or having her go step-by-step through the process. I decided to go with the latter. Sharon went through each step and explained what she was doing, and how it can help me with the skin issues we discussed in our consultation. Throughout my facial, Sharon made notes of the products she used so she could help me later with my at-home care. While the facial itself was amazing, what was even better was that there was no lull-time, even during the two masks she used on me. While she let the masks settle on my skin, she gave me a full upper body, arm and scalp massage. After the facial, my skin was soft, more even toned, and my pores looked visibly smaller. Furthermore, she never once pressured me to purchase any of her products. I can tell Sharon really cares about each of her customers, and works hard to ensure you are taking care of your skin with the right products you feel comfortable with. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in the area! read more

This place is such a gem. I have had so many facials in my lifetime, and the ones I've gotten here are THE BEST in every way. Brita gives the most amazing massage during the facial, and is a very knowledgeable esthetician, so warm and welcoming, and just all around wonderful. Details... First of all, the location is so central (right near Pan Pacific Park/The Grove, across from Buddha's Belly). Tons of free street parking, and meters, and the parking lot at the park is right there too. Super easy parking= great start. The studio is so relaxing, the decor is beautiful and minimal, there are always fun treats like organic ginger candies, a great tea selection, fun magazines, etc. I delight in the little things. Their products are all natural &/or organic, they smell amazing, and they really get results, both in the treatment and at home. All treatments are totally custom, and it's different every time I go there. Most facials I've gotten have been cookie cutter but not here. Both estheticians here are truly special. The treatments are so relaxing, I feel like I've been on vacation when I leave. Now they have an acupuncturist in house, a nutritionist, massage therapists, and more, which is fantastic! I also follow them on Facebook for tons of fun skin care tips and health tips. And their monthly specials are great so if you pay attention to your email, you can get great deals on treatments and packages every month. Short story long, THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS, AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, THE BEST. Private, cozy, beautiful, and friendly service with great results. I'm a huge fan. read more

I have been to From Head To Toe many times now and just had a facial with their new esthetician Brita. She was great! Very warm, very welcoming, very knowledgeable (her family is all doctors so she knows a ton about health in general), and she gave an amazing massage. The facial was really relaxing and my skin looked amazing afterwards. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this place if you want results and relaxation. They are all so great and now there are facials available every day of the week. Awesome. They also have this wonderful acupuncturist who does incredible work using massage and energy healing as well as traditional acupuncture. So many good things to say... lastly, their online booking system is super easy to use and made it easy for me to find an appointment that fit my schedule asap. From Head To Toe values health and customizes every treatment for your needs. It is really a special place and feels like a sanctuary from crazy life in LA. Do it! read more

This was an amazing experience for me. I don't usually have facials, but I really needed one. I truly regret giving this place three stars, mainly because of the excellent customer service and customer-oriented experience. The reason for the three stars is because I've gone in a couple of times and although Sharon was very sweet with every encounter, I didn't think there was any improvement or "glow/radiance" to my skin after my facials. Figured a $50 facial was a good deal in this economy :) Despite having to reschedule twice, Heidi was extremely understanding and was really nice about it. I finally went this week and it was a great experience. It's a a mini facial so no extractions or any devices are used, just a massage and a facial mask. It was really relaxing and a good deal. The place is clean and Heidi was very friendly. Will definitely go back to treat myself when I'm in need of a mini facial. They even accept credit cards! Parking: there's a lot underground/free

With intensive treatments, my skin improved so much -- I barely get breakouts now and my skin feels genuinely healthier and more balanced. This is honestly one of the most satisfying things I've spent money on recently. Highly recommend for anyone! It's really worth it. Honestly I didn't think that my skin would get this much better.

My treatment was called Sumarljómi, the Icelandic word for "summer glow," which made it clear this was a seasonal, intentional protocol, not a one-size-fits-all service. She uses Luzern products throughout, and the treatment itself was incredibly comprehensive, face, scalp, neck, and chest, all included. The whole session was completely silent, which I didn't expect but really appreciated. It gave the experience a meditative, ritual-like quality rather than the usual chatty spa visit. My skin looked genuinely radiant afterward not flushed or irritated, just clear and glowing. This isn't a facial with an Icelandic theme slapped on it. It's an actual Icelandic skincare experience, start to finish.
