She was so helpful before the birth during the birth and after the birth and she was helpful to Bryan and she massaged me and used essential oils and she just does everything for you. she's like the silent helper person she helped me with baby wrapping and nursing and she was an angel. at first he was like what is a doula and why is it costing money and then he was just like she is priceless she was indispensable. She's awesome and kind she's so soft and nurturing but a friend vibe. I mean she even went out after the birth and she brought me a pizza. I was so hungry. she'll just do whatever it takes and you never have to feel bad about calling her like even if you're just thinking you're having contractions, before going to the birth center or hospital you can just call her and she'll walk with you up hills and help you open up your pelvis talk you through it help you from the second you start to open up. read more

In having our first child my wife and I knew we faced a difficult challenge ahead. A neighbor suggested that we get a doula. At first we didn't even know what's doula was let alone that we would even want one. Yet, after doing some research on the benefits of having a doula, namely a safe natural birth, we checked around.
