This is my go-to place every summer for entertaining. They have the BEST plastic dinner plates, they are gorgeous and look like real china. My guests cringe when I toss them out they're so beautiful. Anything you need for a party you can get here. I threw 2 bachelorette parties, a birthday party and a 4th of July party so far this summer and they have never let me down. they are very unprofessional and rude. just because I'm African-American he thinks he can talk to me any type of way. We provided a cleaning service. We were supposed to have a contract for one year. I had a family emergency. So I contacted him to reschedule. I recall him today July 17, 2021. He waited four weeks to pay for the first cleaning. After we calling him today he basically told me he didn't need our services anymore had no consideration for my family emergency all I wanted to do was talk to him like a man. But he was rude disrespectful and hang up on me. So please stay away from these rude ignorant people. We do not support that in our community. read more

While the establishment seems alright enough and it's nice to have something other than Party City, I can't help but be horrified by the utter incompetence of the closing staff when it comes to turning off the led "open" sign at night. I was responsible for getting 2 dozen balloons. My usually dollar store was as out of 1 color I needed, so I purchased half from $ store & the other half at Fro Me A Party the evening before early morning School event for my students. $ Store balloons are still kicking! These others never made it!!! DO NOT purchase latex balloons from this establishment!!! They wait to tell you after their service has failed that you have to ask for a special gel helium for your balloons to last more than 12 hours... even though mine only lasted about 4 hours before they started dropping to the floor. Waist of money!!! Pay the extra Party City or less at the $ store. It'll be worth it! read more

So happy with fro me a party! I was throwing a surprise party for my best friends and went in a few days before the event to pick out the balloons. The owner was super nice and helpful during the entire process, we wanted a balloon banner and she was honest and told us it would be cheaper if we just got the balloons and did it ourselves. Nice place for the kids though the seating for adults is very limited. Lots of fun and the staff went out of their way to make sure the kids were having fun. All in all not bad but I will say that there are cheaper alternatives so weigh your options. read more

I had a horrible experience with the female owner of this business. The male owner Michael was very nice & engaging. His wife was stand-offish & absolutely rude. I sent my pregnant sister there to return some things for me (she was there when we purchased everything but Michael rang us up. He allegedly didn't ring up one of the packages of plates we were trying to return.) That woman made my poor sister feel like a criminal & told her "we are keeping those plates. They are ours because you didn't pay for them." Complete disrespect! I hope the money she made back on those plates was worth losing a customer for life. read more

I have been shopping at Fro Me for almost 5 years now and have never been disappointed! I get all of my balloon arrangements and party supplies there because they have a great selection and are competitively priced. If they don't have it in the store, they can order it for you and have it within days! Everyone at the store from the owners, cashiers and stock boys are friendly and helpful too! read more

I dropped off balloons to be filled and prepaid. Arrived a couple days later and was told they popped one. I asked if they would replace the ballon or give me a refund for the filling. They refused to replace or give me my $1 refund. They lost my business over a $1. read more

When I tried to make a return yesterday the smug, condescending young sales person decided she needed to educate me as to why I couldn't return six cheap plastic hats. "It says right on the receipt that you can't return hats - you should have read the receipt." While young women with this self-inflated sense of importance seldom take any advice, let me offer some anyway. You may want to train your staff to remind customers at the time of purchase that particular items are not returnable. That is just good customer service - especially when the you are selling cheap, over-priced merchandise. And a smile goes a long way too! read more

I have been using Fro me a Party for years now. I have never had a problem. I have always worked with the daughters and have been completely satisfied. However this year I can not say the same. From the moment I came in and worked with the owner for my prom event. I was met with chaos. It seemed as if he was coming up with prices out of no where. That should have given me an indication of how my delivery would go. The owner delivered balloons with strings. I ordered loose balloons. When I tried to tell the owner that the order was incorrect, I was met with sarcasm and ignorance. He informed me that I was wrong and that I should learn how to read my invoice (invoice clearly says 200 loose balloons). I showed him a picture in his books and off of my phone of what I was looking for. He told me that he would never have agreed to that. I told him then he should not have accepted the job, If it wasn't something that he could do. He yelled at me. Our conversation turned nasty real quick. He just could not admit that he made a mistake. All I was looking for was an apology. I told him that I wanted a refund he told me no. His attitude was disgusting. I will never do business with Fro me a Party. And to top things off, he went to my co-worker as to dismiss what I was saying. The arrogance and in competence of the owner showed thru.
