I found out about A&S party rentals through a friend who had their baby shower at our house. Cano…read morecame on time, and we were pleased with the set up. We figured that since our baby shower was going to be more simple, we could give A&S the business. My wife contacted Cano and we agreed to him coming on October 4. Cano himself texted my wife and said that he would be at the house at 8:00, to which my wife agreed. Today, October the 4 arrives, and at 7:34 my wife texts Cano to confirm that he was coming. Cano says that he is dropping off, and that he would text us once he's on his way. My wife calls Cano at 9:30, and the call is unanswered. My wife texts Cano immediately after and leaves the address just in case he's lost. Cano replies at 9:54 saying that he's still setting up. This already is bad business, because not only is my event a simple 6 tables and chairs, but he agreed to drop it off at 8:00. Now I find that he's taking care of another customer? My wife texts him asking for him to be at the house by 10:30, since we have to set up and decorate. Cano replies that he would try. At 10:35, he messages again that he would be there in ten minutes. Cano arrived at roughly 10:47. When I asked Cano what happened, he replied that he had another event to take care of, he had a tent to put up, etc, etc.. To me as a customer, I don't want to hear that. If you tell me that you will be there at 8:00, then it's 8:00. My money is not worth less than another customer. I tell this to Cano, and he tells me that he texted my wife that he would come at 10:30, which was a complete lie. So not only is this man lying to my face, but it's a stupid lie, because all I have to do is look at the text messages to prove it's not true. As we talk about the situation, he says asks me when the party is, to which I reply that it starts at 12:00. His response was, "you still have time to set up". That's not the point. He agreed to be there at 8:00. If he didn't know when the party was, then why are you showing up later to me? Finally, he says" bottom line, I'm here. If you want it, we can leave it, if not, we can take it back". The level of disrespect! You're going to give me an attitude after you are late, and then give me that kind of answer? It's unprofessional, and he had no right to hold my baby shower ransom because he knew that we needed those tables and chairs. Not once did he give me an apology, it was all cheap excuses that made me feel disrespected, and stressed out my pregnant wife on a day she should have been enjoying. If I could give negative stars on this review I would. I would never recommend this service to anyone, and if Cano wants to contest any statement that I've made, I have the text messages and a voice recording of our conversation as proof.

Melissa and Anne Marie's prices are more than reasonable (the cost per glass was significantly less than the competitors I reached out to), and if they don't have it, they will get it for you. They put time and energy into everything they work on. I used them for my July wedding, and they spent weeks finding and arranging the perfect light blue and blush stemware for me. Throughout the process, without me asking, they would send me updates and photos on how it was all coming together. They could have just dropped off the glasses the day before the wedding and left us to deal with them, but in advance of my wedding day, they went out of their way to contact us and explain in detail how everything would need to be arranged by the venue and planner - in order to look *perfect*on the tables. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, there was a few glasses accidentally broken. We offered to pay, but they refused to take money from us. They explained that this is what they love to do and they didn't want to create any type of burden associated with our special day. They truly are an AWESOME pair. They give you the freedom to create any green screen you like and they are super flexible with whatever idea you have. Alexis makes it happen! I ended up going with the 3 diamond package deal and it was so well worth it! it came with little photo sleeves that your guest could take, video capabilities, and you get to take home a scrap book with a usb with all the photos of your guests in it! On the day of my wedding they came and set up everything on time and ready to go. The booth itself is very spacious and can fit a good amount of people. Also the props are beyond any other photo booth companies i have seen. They have such a huge variety of props that will keep your guest entertained all night. Alexis and her daughter were there the whole night to help out our guests with the booth which was super easy to use and prints out very fast. over all my experience with Alexis and Metro Elite Photo booths was beyond amazing. On top of being the most recommended vendor by our expert wedding coordinator, he was willing to beat the competitors' prices. I really appreciated that. Corrado quickly answered dozens of questions I sent via text over a 3 week period. A1 offered an additional capability to "instant post to social media". I didn't find this with any competitors. Ultimately, I opted out since I didn't want anyone distracted. Corrado provides an album as part of the package. His assistant tapes a copy of every photo strip into the book. He wrangles the guests to sign it. I loved this in replacement to old fashioned sign in only guest books. Corrado and his assistant are pros. They were swarmed all night. I emailed all my guests that they better go to the photobooth at least once. They bring so many props. They also give you a selection of backgrounds. It was so much fun. The are friendly, professional and extremely patient. They never seemed annoyed with the few too-tipsy guests.

It was a pleasure to work with a company that not only produces high-quality photos but make sure your experience is amazing. During the course leading up to the event they worked diligently to make sure that the photo strip artwork was exactly what my son wanted. They produced numerous options for us and made the final product better than we could have hoped for! We purchased the package that included a memory book. I highly recommend this as they do an fabulous job of putting the pictures into it and they give you a ton of pictures after the event so you can add to it as well. It's a really cool souvenir to own. One of the other amazing services they provided is a link of all the photos that were taken from the evening so you could print them in larger formats as well.
