Having used Bartlett to successfully save my front lawn's beautiful old Norway Maple (which they continue to treat) I thought I had a good relationship with their manager, Doug Kniss. In June of this year, when I noticed some browning on a spruce in my yard, I called the office and asked for and was given an appointment with him in mid-month. No one showed up. I called the office and was promised that problem wouldn't happen again and I was given ANOTHER appointment for July 1st. Doug didn't arrive this day either --and I never even received a call to explain this disrespectful failure. This past week (late July) I left an email at their website but, again, I have had no contact from these apparent deadbeats.
