Got a great haircut by Emin! He took the time to listen to what I wanted; he suggested what we can…read moredo and when we agreed, he did exactly what he said he would do. He has similar hair to me, so that probably helped. I tried to book a second appointment with him only to find out that he doesn't work at Kiezschnitt anymore :( If anyone has his contact information or can let him know that I would like him to cut my hair again, please let me know.

I usually go to Xin and I love her :D She listened to how I like to wear and treat my hair, how I usually style it and gave me the haircut I wanted while also keeping in mind my routine as well as the way my hair behaves. I am super happy with that personal approach which makes for an amazing hairstyle in the end. I've had hair stylist style my hair very differently when cutting (like straightening it etc.) and once I washed and styled it my way it would look terrible. Super happy this does not happen here. All people in the Salon are very nice and pretty down to earth which is really nice as well.

Turns out I needed highlights, but the stylist then told me there was not enough time, as I had said I need "color" on the phone. One comment came form across the room from the other stylist, "did you do that yourself?" I said, "no, I got it done". He said with a laugh , "na denn, gratuliere".... Seriously? I am the paying customer who is embarassed enough to be walking around with a color-gone-bad and then I get this attitude and a dismissive request to reschedule? I've heard customer service works differently. Needless to say, I did not reschedule for the week later they suggested. They may have had a busy schedule and the comments may have been snippy due to a bad day, but that's surely a way to lose customers. Sorry guys - def. not going back!
