Outstanding service and really friendly staff with great products (Shu Uemura, etc). They also offer wedding hair and makeup. I had to pay her to fix hair that was so badly done I would not go outside. She also added services like Olaplex to the bill without telling me. She did the cut in less than 5 minutes and was annoyed when I wanted the fringe adjusted better. The best part was when she was speaking rudely about me to colleagues in German when she thought I could not understand her. Sorry, but I could. Overall, I gave up and left when it was passable because after 4.5 hours I had no trust that she knew what she was doing and wanted this person too stop touching me. It was very unprofessional. I have to go somewhere else to correct this disaster! Having to pay extra for her mistakes and the services she added without my permission was not okay. Avoid this place if you value you time, money and hair!
