The man who cut…read moremy hair was very good (he has extremely blonde hair) but I have gone to the woman now 2 times and both times she is very very rude (she's a short woman with frizzy hair)! This time I got my hair toned and cut. She hardly toned my hair at all, it looks exactly the same as before she did anything to it! When she cut my hair she was very aggressive and lazy. This is the worst haircut I have had in a very long time, although its quite cheap its still a complete waste of time and money.

She literally told me "It's not my fault. It's your hair." My white hair wasn't even covered and I was charged more than 100 euro. I asked her why is it so expensive..She said they make their own dye product, which is reasonable, and then she added "If you want something cheap you just have to find a cheap salon.". I just paid without trying to argue. She didn't do her job well and blamed it all on me in the end with the worst defensive attitude. Wurde unfreundlich vom Chef empfangen der mit mitteilte, dass er nicht wisse ob meine Friseurin noch auftauche. Er könne meine Haare schneiden aber Farbe könne er nicht. Wie kann es eigentlich sein, das niemand von 4 anwesenden Friseuren färben kann? Der Chef war dann sehr ruppig zu mir und meinen Haaren. Im Vergleich zur restlichen Kundschaft wurde mir nicht Mal was zu trinken angeboten,. vielmehr wurde mir das Gefühl vermittelt ich wäre lästig. Der Schnitt ist trotz mehrfacher Hinweise leider auch nicht was ich wollte. Im Salon lagen Montag morgen noch die Haare von den Vortagen. Ein Ersatztermin wurde mir auch nicht angeboten. Ich komme sicher nicht nochmal!
