I cannot say enough wonderful things about Oliver Builders (OBI) and the incredible job they did on…read moremy home renovation! Over the course of a 7-month project, they completely transformed my kitchen and dining room into one stunning open space, reconfigured bedrooms, and added a gorgeous primary bathroom and a spacious reach-in closet. And they did it all while I was living in the house! From start to finish, OBI was an absolute pleasure to work with. Special thanks to Severin Oliver, whose leadership and expertise set the tone for the entire project, as well as William and Tina in the office, who made the administrative side a breeze. And I have to give a huge shoutout to my amazing on-site manager, Nick, who kept everything running smoothly day to day. Their entire team was warm, accommodating, and a joy to have around during what could have been a very stressful process. The quality of their work is exceptional. OBI's team was incredibly attentive, reliable, and careful, with an unmatched attention to detail. They set a high bar for excellence and ensured that every subcontractor met their (and my) high standards. It was clear that they took immense pride in their work and in delivering a finished product that exceeded expectations. Of course, with any major renovation, there were a few complications along the way, but OBI resolved each one quickly, professionally, and always went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They truly turned potential headaches into non-issues. OBI isn't cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for: top-notch quality, exceptional service, and a team that delivers on time--which is no small feat for a renovation of this size and complexity. The fact that they finished on schedule is HUGE and speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment. Thanks to OBI, my home is now everything I dreamed it could be. If you're looking for contractors who are skilled, trustworthy, and a joy to work with, look no further than Oliver Builders.

Ben was the general contractor on the whole job. He was a pleasure to work with and we felt that the quality of work was high. When we had any questions or concerns, Ben was responsive and accommodating. We had taken out a 2d mortgage and had a limited budget to do all of this work, soe we wanted to do a lot of the purchasing ourselves and Ben really worked with us. We also had some specific windows to do the work, particularly the kitchen, and Ben and his team worked tirelessly during the two weeks that we were on summer vacation to demo the kitchen and do all of the super messy work while we were away. It was pretty remarkable. We love our kitchen (it is the one with the white cabinets, kitchen sink, black granite and green wall on the photos)! During our initial walk through, Ben emphasized the fact that he pays all of his employees fair wages. We probably could have found someone to to the job for cheaper, but this was a major selling point for us. Knowing up front that the people working in our home every day were happy (enough) to be there and taking pride in their work helped seal the deal. Salvador was our foreman, and he was on site almost every day that work was happening. He was very responsive any time we texted with questions, and was always willing to talk things through when decisions had to be made. We were new to working with a contractor, and there were bumps in the road and some curveballs throughout the process, but we were able to figure them out as we went. My husband and I worked from home almost every day during construction, and the whole crew could not have been more pleasant to be around. They were incredibly respectful to us and our neighbors the entire time. We'd never done a remodel like this before, and it was such a good experience that Kimmich Construction would be our first call if we had anything similar in the future.
