Absolutely amazing cobbler and cookies! Super friendly staff…read more I got peach cobbler and a selection of cookies for my child. The cobbler was tasty and delicious. Sweet, velvety, buttery, tart, chewy, and a little crunch here and there from fabulous crust mixed in. My kid loved the cookies and demanded more. Definitely have to go back for both cobbler and cookies (so I can have a cookie too!!). The shop was very clean with nice tables and chairs for patrons. Very well lit. Almost gave me a silver queen diner vibe. Smells amazing in there!

I walked in and tried to lighten the atmosphere and the guy behind the counter was just too serious. He was talking to someone through his ear buds. I said "um, ok, yeah I'll have the peach cobbler to go with the ice cream on the side". While I waited, I asked the gentleman sitting there about the cinnamon rolls and if he had tried one. He said yes and they were good. He said he was there to see his son. I got the peach cobbler and left. Got back to my hotel and tried it. Amazing! The ice cream was great as well! It was just a little disappointing that the customer service was lacking.

We came in on Sunday and unfortunately did not realize that the business closed at 5:00 p.m. I do…read morewish the employee at the window had let us know when we arrived, as we would not have stayed if we had known. That being said, we were still served, so we assumed it was okay for us to finish our visit. Shortly afterward, the manager came outside and turned off the television in a very abrupt and rude manner. She then came back out and closed the umbrellas, leaving my husband and young child sitting directly in the sunlight. I completely understand that employees need to close and that there are procedures that need to be followed at closing time. However, there was no reason for the situation to be handled in such a rude and dismissive manner. A simple explanation that they were closing and that we needed to leave would have been completely understandable. The way it was handled left us feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope this feedback can be used to address how situations like this are handled with customers in the future.
