During my manicure my nails were never clipped or cleaned, she only ever used a cardboard file and some cuticle scissors on me. I came home and they were still uneven, chipped and split, and my cuticles started bleeding and peeling the week after. I was upset but I used a gift certificate and didn't have the courage to say anything at the check out. But it was a really big waste of time and money, so I felt like I should come on here to let others know.

Note to yall if you're getting a design be careful if you're pretty basic with your nails then you're fine. This is a classic example of a push massage, where you have unlicensed and untrained workers giving you a very basic relaxation massage that mostly involves pushing on you while you are fully clothed. She did much better on my lower leg, and I enjoyed the hot stones. I thought they did a nice job in terms of being generally relaxing, but you should not go here if you are looking for real massage therapy or massage rehab. This is recreational only.

I am pretty limber so the many stretching positions didn't bother me, and I felt great afterwards. I would recommend this type of massage for athletes. The one hang up is that my table was by the door and the foot traffic was distracting. Also, It would be nice if they spread out their clients to every other bed for a little more privacy. Not anything to loose a star over. Every new business' opening day has issues. I'm sure they are open to customer feedback in order to improve their service. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience. My massage therapist did a great job and the staff was welcoming. A awesome addition to Warrensbug. I booked another appointment in two weeks.

I am new to the area. Friday was my second visit. I had a friend in from out of town and we decided…read moreto get pedicures. I appreciated them getting us in quickly My first visit was fine. The girl did an okay job but not good enough for me to ask her name to become a repeat customer. On my second visit I asked for polish and was given the menu. She brought back gel and said that color was not in polish. I picked another color and she brought back the color in gel and a somewhat similar color in polish and showed me that the gel was prettier and lasts so much longer. At this point I accepted the polish that she brought to not delay any further. She proceeded to scrape the crap out of the cuticles on my big toes. Both bled and my left toe still hurts, two days later. I had a regular tech for over 15 years at my former residence and I don't remember her ever bringing blood or hurting me during a manicure or pedicure. And she never pushed her preferences on me. I actually wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to never come back. But since I'm monitoring my toe for infection I thought a review was in order. My first visit would have been a 4 and my second a 1, so I will average the stars for this review.
