I went to Fringe to order some custom florals for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The theme was Disney princesses and I had specific ideas for colors and how I wanted everything to look. Fringe was amazing. They listened to my ideas and helped me "Dream big" but also told me not to worry if after the estimates came out I felt like I needed to cut stuff out to stay within budget. It was loads of fun to imagine with them and come up with different floral creations for the party. Once the estimates came in, I did indeed have to cut out a few things to stay within budget so I ultimately went with two arrangements in vases for the main dessert table, a lush garland to frame the dessert table, and a giant floral E for my daughter's name to hang at the entrance. I can't tell you - I always choked up when they delivered the giant E. They did such a BEAUTIFUL job on everything, it really made the whole party feel so special. There were two women in the shop when I came in and asked if I had any colors in mind- I needed one bouquet for a couple and one for just a female recipient. I initially emailed them the week of Mother's Day, and as soon as I hit "send," I felt so bad for emailing a team of florists about a wedding that was taking place months later during one of their busiest weeks of the year! I got the nicest response from Britt, who promised to follow up in a few days and she did. The customer service in that interaction alone was a notable reason that I chose them to do the flowers for our wedding. That they would take the time during a busy week to respond to my inquiry (which was not a big order, by wedding standards) really meant a lot to me. A couple weeks later I met with Jeanne at the shop to discuss my ideas. She's fantastic to work with. She was totally on board with our wedding vision and I completely trusted her with our floral needs. She finds a lot of inspiration in nature, which is so evident in her designs and what I really liked about her style. What she created for us far exceeded anything I could have dreamed up on my own! My bouquet was a work of art (I took it with me on my honeymoon; yes, I loved it that much). The bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen boutonnières, and wrist corsages we ordered were also so lovely - each was unique but they also looked very cohesive which was exactly what we wanted. She selected an amazing variety of greenery for the vintage bottles we had on the tables at the reception. I ordered flowers for my Mom's 60th birthday to be delivered to her home. After reading all the great reviews I figured I was in good hands. Unfortunately my experience did not live up to my expectations. I placed my order online which was easy. The delivery day came and I waited and waited checked in with my dad around 5pm and still no delivery. I called the shop and was assured the arrangement would be delivered within 30 min. The arrangement was not delivered until almost 6:30pm and my Mom was already out to dinner with friends at that point. Needless to say disappointing. The arrangement seemed sparse for the price and after just 3 days the flowers were wilted. I love their style and may try again just maybe not delivery. read more

When they were further told to just leave the bouquet on the porch because no one but my MIL would be home after an hour and a half and she would be unable to come to the door, they made sure to finish the bouquet right away and Britt personally delivered the flowers within that time period so they would not be left in the heat.
