The spelt baguette was the best--crunchy outside, soft inside very flavorful (unlike spelt products I've had in the States). Le Perron on Middenweg has been my morning go to spot while in Amsterdam. Fyi...this bakery cafe far exceeds Le Pain Quotidien and shames Le Madeleine versions that exist in the States.

Location-wise, it's super convenient for Watergraafsmeer, whether you're walking, biking, or driving.
