Their parking rates, even though they keep raising the rates, are still the most reasonable rates in Flushing. When I first started parking here, the rates were $3/3 hrs (what a steal!!)....they are now $6/3hrs, but still great rates! They also offer special rates if parking for the Mets Games. I wish they'd fix their pay stations though! Currently, you can only pay when you exit on the ground floor. They lines to exit sometimes get backed up because ppl can't seem to figure out how to pay....go figure! The shops: Is it me, or are they losing a lot of stores? Their anchor stores (BJs, Target, Sky foods) remain the same but some of the retail stores seem to close abruptly.

The place is an eatery mall on the first two levels while the upper levels are apartments. Even though the place is a short walk from the Roosevelt Ave station, the place wasn't busy, and I said that the restaurant wouldn't last a year or two. Sadly, Mister Hotpot closed down shortly after my visit. I feel that the idea of an eatery mall wouldn't work as competition is strife.
