They have amazing lesson plans that keep the children engaged so they do not even know they are learning. The best part is that I get to experience the classroom twice a month or more if I want. I love going into the classroom and watching my little guy have his "lightbulb" moments. My eight year old also went through the program and exceptionally prepared for Kindergarten, both socially and academically. I would recommend this school also because it brings together all of the Moms. I have made some of my best friends through the preschool and have kept them since my older son was in school. It is an excellent place for parents new to the community or new Mom's who feel isolated to find other Mom's in their same situation. We all have come together to make CCP the best it can be. I'm so sad this is my last year. Wish we could stay longer.

I have really enjoyed the benefits. My hubby and mother and I attended a Parenting workshop last year before the twins were 1, and learned a lot about what to expect and how to encourage language development & growth. Then, I signed up for a playgroup, which was wonderful! It was well structured, had a music and parachute component, art projects, texture projects and free play as well. I've also attended the Toddlers & Tantrums seminar and one of the ones on Language. I feel that having twins, I will be dealing with problems on both these topics soon. They also provide fun picnic activities at local parks, but those are first come, first serve, so they book up quickly. If you have a child that qualifies for the Great Start Collaborative, it is a very useful resource for parents and caregivers.

It was a plus to be super close to the school. I also think for the quality education and life skills our daughter gets, price is more than fair. We already see positive changes in our daughter.
