I have seen a lot of growth with my child. I think the quality of services is great and I appreciate that we can do everything all at 1 place.

Since filing my complaints it has also come to my attention that associate(s) of Behavior One have expressed being taken advantage of financially by the owner which has also been reported to the appropriate agencies. It has been my experience that the owner often overshares his personal activities and bends rules/policies at his convenience then gaslights parents by not communicating consistently between the parent and his employees. The owner ultimately put his interests before my child's care. I asked ZERO CONTACT FROM THIS ORGANIZATION with my final recorded phone call with the clinical director who also showed prejudice when I attempted to report what was going on internally.

Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. She has helped him so much and continues to help him accomplish milestones every session. She has best patience of any therapist that has worked with my son. She has gone above and beyond and will do so for your child. If your looking for ABA services, you are in the right place with Acuity. They are very professional, well trained in their craft, attentive to our Little Ones' growth/wellbeing, and treats our parental relationship as a partnership to remediate any concerns together. We get daily mid-day updates and photos which is always the highlight of my day. I know our twins are so loved and cared for here. The environment is super clean, bright and homey.
