I called 3x, went by the pharmacy 4x, and finally went in person back to Affinity Pediatrics. Asked for the Office Manager and she basically gave excuses and blamed the pharmacy. Keep in mind, me and my child have missed work and school and my child has been in pain this whole time. I chose to go there because I thought they were more reputable than a walk-in clinic, but guess I was wrong. I hope to file a formal complaint with Southwell soon.

SMALL TOWN COOL! We…read moreentered this pharmacy looking for a sling. As soon as we entered the space, I noticed the coffee station, bench seat and small dining table set up near the door. What a nice touch that is perfect for those who have an extended wait. We were warmly greeted and the pharmacist came over to assist us. Although they did not have what we needed, we were directed to two other businesses in town. This is a nice pharmacy with warm employees and great customer care. It is the perfect place to try when in need of medical supplies. Check it out!

A few things that struck me as the food, all the box's in the screen room and did I say he food. The gnats are horrific . There were a bunch of boxed in the screened room area and tha caused a room problem for all the people who sit outside on the pourch. The food( it need improvement. We ate with Mom twice and the food was not all that goo and was rather cold. This is fixable but it just has to be done.
