I have seen a handful of therapists in my 37 years of life, and can honestly say that Ken is in a whole separate category. This man is phenomenal. When I correspond with him, I feel like I'm consulting a yogi, a philosopher, a scholar, a friend & a spiritual coach all at once. I always feel heard, I never feel judged, and I always come away with a few nuggets of amazingly useful advice. The reason certain therapists did not work for me in the past was because I felt like some of them didn't have it all together themselves. I didn't feel like they "got it" and so didn't feel comfortable opening up to them. Absolutely not the case of Ken, I feel like this man has life figured out for the most part so much so that he just exudes warmth, wisdom, zen, and kindness. If you are lucky enough to chose Ken as your personal counselor, I suspect you won't want to stop your therapy sessions, even after you have healed from your crisis.
