Ordered Uber Eats tonight and waited 45 minutes to find out that when my driver arrived there to pick up the order, was told that "We don't do Uber Eats anymore". Lame. How irresponsible and reckless to allow your dedicated customers to order, anticipate and wait....only to find out that you didn't take the time to remove your company from the app.
You could have at least honored the order when the Uber eats driver got there. Instead, you out right refused to accommodate the order. This was a waste of not only my time but the drivers. Completely inconsiderate. Remove your company from the app if you are going to refuse to accommodate orders. Now I have to go to the trouble to call Uber customer service to get a refund and you should have been the one calling instead requesting my refund. read more
