There's a steep flight of stairs on the side to get to restaurant on the second floor. Some outdoor seating with heat lamp. There's no English menu like everyone else in the area, but the waiter was very patient to explain the dishes even he doesn't speak English and show me the pictures. I had the seafood tasting platter comes with two empanadas some grilled prawn and I think the other is smock salmon paste with seaweed chips. The empanada is huge but mostly filled with cheese not much shrimp. There are three pieces of prawn really big but they are pre frozen not fresh, the meat falls apart. This is pretty pricy for this amount of food at this quality. A bit disappointing. I give 2 stars for their good service. Don't recommend their food based on the quality.

We had been traveling bus, plane, and car for more than 8 hours and the wife was quite HANGRY since she hadn't eaten for more than 12 hours and the restaurant that we were supposed to have dinner at already closed for the night. Definitely a very delicate situation! Mar de Amores happened to be nearby and we had a very lovely dinner outside in their patio. We shared large seafood platter served on a plancha with octopus, salmon, and mussels. We also had a large hearts of palm salad and an order of the local shellfish broiled with Parmesan cheese. A couple glasses of wine and all was good. The menu was in Spanish but the the waiters spoke good English and we were able to order very easily.
