They operate a system in the shop where you go either end of the counter depending on what you are ordering. This makes it very efficient and you get very fast food. You can also order over the phone and then go in to collect it. The food is second to none and the prices are exceptional. I like the fact that the staff are very helpful and will even account for the size of the fish that they have in at the time, ie. You often get 2 pieces for the price of 1 if they are small. I enjoy getting a take away from here, usually once a month and find now that it is the only fish and chip shop that I visit.

What I was most impressed with was the Manager's attentiveness. He was actively engaging customers whilst serving, something a lot of restaurants could learn from. The chips it came with were nothing special though. The only comment I would have is that I asked for it medium and it came way less than medium, wasn't complaining though I was very glad they did so! The whole meal came to £30-40 each including drinks which wasn't too bad at all considering we all had steak or fish. Overall I had a great time, the staff were friendly and efficient and if I could give it 4.5 I would. It falls shy of a 5 unfortunately though.
