You just get the feeling that they are always pleased to see you, they have good banter and the general customer service is second to none, you can tell that raw ingredients are chosen carefully and the cuts of meat don't have much fat on and the veg always taste good There is not a restaurant including McDonald's in the city center that gets you your food pipping hot in the time it takes.
