I was ecstatic when I found out about this company through a Living Social Deal that they advertised. I purchased the larger of the 2 deals, $69 towards $139 worth of diagnostics, repair, etc. Although my Living Social app steered me a little past the location initially, I laughed it off with the young lady at the desk. She was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. James did a wonderful job with repairing my screen and got my computer back to me quickly. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Unfortunately, the place where I made the purchase from was not helpful, so I decided to seek help elsewhere. I found Computer Doc thru an online search, and I am SO thankful that I did! John is the owner, and he responded promptly to my call. I deeply appreciated that he actually listened to me (very hard to find these days!) explain the issues the computer was having, and also regarding the unfortunate experience I had with the store I purchased the computer from. He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully! This is such a blessing because I am a small business owner, and this is the middle of holiday season. If I could give Computer Doc a 10-Star rating, I would! I will highly recommend to anyone I know!

I talked to Stephen on the phone and he was short with me. You'd think when you pay someone $150 to disassemble a PC that they could at least do it the right way. The thing I don't get is why even go through the trouble of doing this. I think I found out why it took you guys "longer than expected". You spent a half hour taking apart my GPU heat sink only to unplug the fan and then reassemble. Petty much...? I want to love this place and recommend it to my family but it seems it's no different from most other mechanics and PC repair shops. I trust them as far as I can throw them. If I wasn't experienced with PC building and knew what was going on I would have been out a $400 GPU. This place does one thing right and that's nerd culture. Though I imagine it's not profitable enough to afford the lease on their new storefront. Looks like they have resorted to shady business practices to close the gap. They should just shut down the PC repair side and stick to what they know. - George Dylan Bullard
