He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.

I went there to have an unusual noise checked out. I felt that paying him, $90, for his time and effort was a good decision. As it turns out.....NOT a good decision at all! He diagnosed the noise as the flywheel between the engine and transmission needing to be replaced. In addition, he also listed his needed repairs that were unrelated to my concern. They were axles, steering linkage and suspension parts, and an oil change. He gave an estimate of $3,086 for the cited repairs and I just had the oil changed 1 month ago. I was not told that he would be publicizing my vehicle's VIN and the cited repairs online for anyone (including car dealers) with access to Car-fax to see. When you go to trade in your car or truck after Dale Stroebel gives you an estimate, even if he does not do any work on your car, this information will be published! He told me this after the fact, and after I had visited a car dealership. There was no up front disclosure regarding his use of the information that he gleaned by inspecting my car.
