My wife and I got married at the darling hotel on 12/12/24, and I think we booked Sal (officially) a few months before the wedding after previously talking with him months before. Even with the short time crunch, Sal had us covered! He gave us very easy forms to fill out with the songs we wanted, when to play them, which songs we absolutely had to play, what not to play etc. Sal took the time to get us on the phone and for the first 30 minutes, he just wanted to get to know us! Asked for our story, what we did for work, etc. and vice versa! We got to know him as well which made everything fit perfectly as time went on! my wife and I had some trouble figuring out songs for some of the formalities like father daughter dance, and some of the walk outs for the wedding party, but Sal was able to nail it with his suggestions after getting to know us a little better! The day of the wedding came and Sal was ON POINT with everything! Sal isn't just any ordinary wedding DJ that goes through the motions of hitting play and making announcements.. He literally goes above and beyond, making everything flow effortlessly without any awkward in between moments, and the fact that we had gotten to know each other.. it was like having a family member DJ the wedding! Also: Our baby girl was 7 months old during our wedding, and we had misplaced her baby formula. Sal over heard what was going on and offered to call his contacts in town to go pick up baby formula for our daughter if we needed so we wouldn't have to worry about it. We ended up finding the formula, but TELL ME WHO WOULD DO THAT?! SAL IS F'N AWESOME FOR THAT! Hands down, bliss events group knows what they're doing. Never once did I ever feel like I had to worry about the DJ being on que or if they were going to be properly prepared. If I ever need a DJ in the future for any type of event, I'm definitely going with bliss events group and would refer them to anyone. Lastly: They are busy! For…read morefamily reasons, I decided to have my wedding in California, all the way across the country from where I live. My wife and I decided to use the Music Express Fresno Wedding DJ company to provide the music for our wedding. We received a suggestion from a friend who had used their services in the past, and we decided to trust his suggestion, as his review of the company was glowing. Right off the bat, the booking process could not have been any easier. Through just a handful of emails, we were able to iron out the details in a quick and painless process. On the phone, I was treated professionally and courteously. I could tell my time was of as much value to them as it was to me, which is an attribute I greatly appreciated. My hours of availability were greatly hindered due to my work schedule, so the fact that the Music Express Company stays open from 9 am to 9 pm was a blessing. On the day of my wedding, our DJ arrived twenty minutes early! He completed a thorough check of all the equipment to ensure it was in working order, and made sure we were ok with the selection of music that would be played, which we were. While my wife feared our semi-outdoor venue could pose a problem with the arrangement of the speakers and the quality of the sound (she did not want our wedding to be a high school rave), our DJ went out of his way to assure everything was perfect, which it was. The day after the wedding, my seventy year old mother told me how great she thought the music was, and asked me how she could get some of the tracks played at the wedding on her "device" (what she calls her iPhone). Personally, my biggest wedding fear was that everyone would sit at their tables and stay off the dance floor. Luckily for me, our DJ brought everyone to their feet and was able to keep people dancing until we couldn't move our legs. I loved the DJ's enthusiasm, I could tell he was enjoying himself as much as I was. As you know, enthusiasm is contagious, and I could tell everyone was having a great time the entire night. Wrapping things up, I would like to give a sincere "thank you" to the folks at the Music Express Fresno Wedding DJ company. I do not write reviews often, however, I feel like they truly valued how important my "big day" was. I cannot stress enough how easy (and somewhat fun) the booking process was, and the fact that our DJ really knew how to keep the party going. From the booking process to the actual day of my wedding, I was impressed by the professional nature and enthusiasm exhibited by all members of the company. I could not imagine my wedding any other way, two thumbs up from me!
