They offer smoothies, spiralized veggie salads, kale salads, chickpea salads and hot drinks as well. They have all kinds of vegan items. Which we ate and loved. We ate some of the sweet potato with Alfredo sauce accompanied with a fresh strawberry smoothie. While you are nibbling on your food you can also create your very own custom succulant plant terrarium if you choose to. I believe this business is family run. They are very caring and friendly. The shop is very clean and had a very nice vibe. The shop owner is simply lovely and her daughter who happened to be there were very knowledgable with their plant choices and plans to create a terrarium. I will be back. I'll be back to try more flavours. While you try one of their smoothies, you also have to try one of the gourmet stuffed pretzels. I had no idea there was such a thing until today.
