They took the time to understand my needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the entire process stress-free. Living in California, I was a little nervous arranging everything from a distance, but they quickly put me at ease. What impressed me most was their communication and attention to detail. They stayed in touch throughout the delivery process and even sent photos of the finished board so I could see exactly what my daughter would be receiving. They went above and beyond to make this gift special and ensure it arrived smoothly. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes such pride in its work. Both were cooked medium rare, leaning slightly rare, but the quality of the beef made it excellent either way. They were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. A variety of sauces on the side elevated the steaks even more. We also had Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, and throughout the night the staff continued to bring out additional items, which made the experience feel generous and elevated.
