The base I got mango and chamoy and the top part I got the cucumber and chamoy. It was really good, bigger than I thought, I couldn't finish it. The chamoy here tastes so good, not too sweet and not too bitter. It reminds me of chamoy from Mexico. If you love chamoy, this is the place for you! On top of that they also serve milk based ice cream which melted really fast, it was served soft. Overall, the place was good, they let you try samples of the ice cream. The tastiest part of it was the ice cream (mango with chamoy and cucumber with chamoy) and the chamoy itself.

I've seen them in the past but just not ready for ice cream after shopping in the store! What a big mistake!!!! They have so many flavors and it's yummy ice cream too - not like American style not as sweet - crunchy bits in the ice cream - pina colata had bits of pineapple & coconut- Guava included the seeds and pieces of fruit - it was very creamy and the waffle cone slightly sweet and crunchy - what a great experience! We will be back to try more flavors! Great prices too!

We arrived close to closing time, but they were happy to prepare everyone in line a snow cone/ raspa. Perhaps that's because, as they said, they love their customers. Someone in our party told them how much better their ices were than any others around- and that's what they attributed it to, humbly. & that they must be doing something right after all these years. Went with one of their specials- the tres leches. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it had mango, strawberry, and melon, condensed milk, and vanilla ice cream on the inside. It's a snow ball! (Snow cone with ice cream inside)- something I had only had in Baltimore, Maryland before now.

Her issue was that the woman in front of us. and my coworker and I asked for 2 extra babies for the rosca. The young woman let out a deep sigh and half rolled her eyes. Why? Do the babies come out of her paycheck? Then the lady in front of me asked her a question and she totally blew her off / didn't answer. Clearly she doesn't realize that customer service is a large part of her job. What a little disrespectful and obnoxious Gen Z turd! It's her fault La Reynera lost my business.

He then proceeded to tap a sign with the flavor listing next to him with his pen in an annoyed demeanor not explaining it could be whatever you choose & not bothering to say what he was pointing at.
