I got the almond brittle cake ice cream with a chocolate chip cookie. The ice cream had a lot in it... the base was vanilla bean ice cream with toffee, almonds, and vanilla cake pieces. It was sooooo good. The chocolate chip cookie was also really good. I would have like them warmed up a little and didn't ask if that could be done. Then the person I went with got a the Cookie Monster cookie and ice cream. They very much Ed enjoyed their selection. When people come here, they tend to bring the entire family and hang out for long periods of time which is fine but you might have to wait in your car and keep an eye on the line inside to get a table indoors. Eating in car isn't recommended unless you like to wear ice cream. Now for some less favorable attributes... there's a special young man who stays at this establishment while his parents work which is all fine and good. I love that he's involved but we've noticed each time he's been behind the ice cream counter he's picking and eating his boogers which isn't hygienic for any place. The last trip we both found hairs in our ice cream cones. I myself got two. There's no hairnets so that's another ding for hygienic reasons. We enjoy coming for the nostalgia but have had less than a great time, each time. Could be made better and I sure hope so. They certainly have the business to make this place into something greater! Also, they tend to consistently be out of a handful or more flavors. Not sure there's actually 52 at all times but there is a flavor for everyone!

I let the staff know and asked if I could toss it and get a different flavor. Instead of being helpful, the cashier told me I'd be charged for whatever I threw out. I showed her the melted yogurt, but she just called the owner and spent nearly 10 minutes discussing it while I waited. I finally told her to cancel the problematic cup and just charge me for the other one. I really don't think it's unreasonable to expect not to pay for a subpar product. Whatever happened to the idea that the customer is at least somewhat right? A little kindness goes a long way--without it, people won't come back, and they will share their experience.

Their flavors rotate pretty frequently according to the season so at the moment they have a lot of Fall season flavors like Pumpkin Spice. But, I am a creature of habit so I always get the same flavors. My go to flavor combination is taro, nutella and regular vanilla. I got to try some of their new flavors like Vietnamese coffee and pistachio. I recommend you go try some of their staple flavors I mentioned but always give their new ones ago. Last Summer, I had their lime and chamoy and it was delicious. It is a little bit on the expensive side, especially if you put a lot of toppings but I usually keep mine without any so it comes to around $6-$8 dollars.
