Even when you don't find exactly what you're looking for, it's hard to leave empty-handed here. The staff was okay -- not especially warm, but not rude either. As I am a person with a disability the government provided me with a visa right pay card since i do…read morenot or am unable to use a bank account ,so that i can purchase online or food at stores, I found out today that No frills no longer accepts visa which meant they also would not accept my government social assistance card provided by ODSP and Visa, when asked if they could accommodate me under the Ontario Human Rights code, Duty to accommodate., The manager said i should write Higher Management . Since the manager that was on duty today seemed to lack interest in finding a solution, I informed her that no frills just lost a customer, and problay would lose many more that are on disability and use the card.
