Today I bought 3 iTunes gift cards for a total of $300, due to a scamer who emailed me on behalf of my boss. Luckily I haven't opened it and haven't used it at all, the item is still intact, good and the receipt is also there. I bought it around 1pm and I want to refund it around 4pm on the same day. I was confronted by the manager who said I couldn't get a refund and had to call iTunes. Unprofessionally he said I couldn't get a refund because I was out of the shop, if I hadn't left the shop I could get a refund, what he said was not in accordance with the refund policy. After I called iTunes, iTunes said I should be able to get a refund if the item is still intact and has not been opened. Finally I managed to get a refund per phone with iTunes which took me 1 hour. I am very disappointed with the manager who can't handle it professionally, full of anger and can't give a proper explanation. well.. this is the worst experience I've ever had, I hope it doesn't happen to the next customer. read more
