This level of inconsistency is highly unprofessional and makes the business impossible to rely on, as there is no clear indication of when it will actually be operating. There have even been instances where the location appears open in the morning, yet no staff is present. This lack of reliability disrupts my schedule, wastes my time, and results in unnecessary fuel expenses, ultimately demonstrating a clear disregard for customers' time and basic expectations of consistency. Greeted with a smile and friendly. No gimicks. PH balance of the alkaline is accurate/better than nearby water stores. Haven't gone elsewhere since living in the Inland Empire. Like other reviews, clean, reliable and sanitary. Owners have other items for sale as well (i.e. snacks, tumblers, drinks, etc...). Definitely worth a try if you haven't visited this place yet to get your alkaline water.
