Even though they're out of Wisconsin Dells, they do a lot of business in Madison. It's owned and operated by a lovely couple. They were charming, and I really enjoyed talking with them as I was moving things out of the way. The difference between before and after was striking. It was my own mistake to get carpet protection (Scotchgard). Even though it was a smart move, I wish they had told me it would take longer for the carpeting to dry. Remember, I was in a hurry. My other concern - this was expensive. I have a small 1 BR apartment - only about 700 sq. ft. Cleaning plus Scotchgard ran $350! That seems high to me, but they did come after a regularly scheduled job on almost a moment's notice. If I paid extra for the rush, it was worth it.
